LYNC fonts is not changed in conversation  windows after input letters in chat windows

Hi

In our company, we use lync 2010 client for users and I have question about LYNC fonts.

When a user types letters in chatting windows it is not displayed exactly what I choose from fonts in options. Because windows fonts is missing but it is displayed in option in Lync.

Any of you know why this happens? and I'd like to fix this problem. What should I do for this?

I set the menu and changed option and closed the windows and do it again but not changed the option.

Also I reinstall OS and start the lync but it has the same problem. Do you know which configuration I need to change?

You can change the font color on Lync client with the following path: Options\General\Change Font\. If it not work, please delete local cached file on your local computer with the following path: <user profile>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync\ and restart computer to test again
